Post-acquisition commissioning, compliant with stringent NI 43-101 standards, confirmed a drilled resource valued at $4.05 billion gross in-situ. Sir Kevin's 80% share translates to a net asset position of $3.24 billion from this single concession alone.[6]

However, this valuation is based on an Indicated Mineral Resource of 839,192 troy ounces extracted from merely 12.7% of the total license area. When extrapolated across the full 98 square kilometers, moderate base case projections suggest a potential yield of 6.63 million troy ounces, pushing the gross in-situ value to an astronomical $32.01 billion.[6]
